These materials are provided for transparency. Signed transaction documents, mandatory law and applicable regulatory requirements prevail over this website content.

1. Scope

These Terms of Funding govern the use of this website and the submission of eligibility requests to Meridian Capital Partners. They do not replace any signed mandate, facility agreement, subscription agreement, term sheet, confidentiality agreement or other transaction document.

If there is a conflict between these website terms and a signed agreement, the signed agreement will prevail for that transaction.

2. Applicant responsibilities

  • Be at least 18 years old and legally capable of submitting the request.
  • Have authority to submit information and documents on behalf of the named company or applicant.
  • Provide accurate, complete and current information.
  • Have the right to upload all documents submitted through the form.
  • Avoid submitting unlawful materials, passwords, unnecessary special-category data or documents that you are not authorized to share.

3. Timing and no commitment

Funding decisions in 24 hours are possible only where the file is complete and can be reviewed quickly. Timing is always subject to underwriting, compliance review, AML/KYC, sanctions screening, documentation and final approval.

Any indicative amount, structure, rate, valuation, repayment profile, equity participation or timeline may change during due diligence.

4. Review authorization

By submitting an eligibility request, you authorize Meridian Capital Partners and its service providers to review the submitted information, perform preliminary AML/KYC and underwriting checks, contact you, and share relevant information internally or with professional advisers and capital partners where appropriate.

5. Document handling

We may reject files that exceed size limits, use unsupported formats, appear unsuitable or do not meet documentation standards. Rejected documents may be deleted and may not be reviewed.

6. Fees and payment safety

No advisory, origination, success, placement, commitment, diligence or other fee is payable unless it is disclosed and agreed in writing. Applicants should not send funds to any account unless payment instructions have been independently verified through an authorized Meridian Capital Partners contact.

7. Website availability and liability

Website content is provided as-is. Meridian Capital Partners does not guarantee that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every applicant. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect, consequential or speculative losses arising from use of this website.

8. Governing law

Unless a signed agreement states otherwise, these website terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, subject to any mandatory consumer, data-protection or financial-services rules that may apply in a relevant jurisdiction.
